At Packfeeder we faced a significant challenge with our robotic positioner. We had a project where the geometry of the container and the puck required pre-orientation before introduction into the puck, and we needed to achieve a speed of 160 bpm. Initially, we thought we could achieve this by simply orienting the containers correctly by picking only the good ones with the robot. However, we did not reach the agreed speeds.

Thanks to the incredible versatility of our technology, we found an innovative solution. We integrated an orientation device into the magnetic transfer system, which allowed us to overcome the initial obstacle. As a result, we developed the most compact and efficient robotic system for unscrambling pre-oriented containers in pucks on the market.

This success not only demonstrates our ability to adapt and solve complex problems but also our commitment to excellence and continuous innovation.
